When you complete the contact form or reach us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail, we process only the data needed to answer your request.

• —Company name and trade title, where provided

• —Assessing and answering quotation and information requests
• —Corresponding about products, sizes, fill weights and prices

• —Meeting legal obligations regarding commercial books and records
• —Following up requests and complaints

Your data is processed on the following grounds under Article 5 of the KVKK:

• —Direct relation to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c)
• —Compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller (Art. 5/2-ç)
• —Legitimate interests of the data controller, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (Art. 5/2-f)

Personal data is collected through the website contact form, e-mail, phone, WhatsApp and face-to-face meetings, by wholly or partly automated means. No profiling or automated decision-making is carried out on the site.

Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared only to the extent required to deliver the service, with:

• —Shipping and logistics companies (only where an order exists)
• —Accountants, auditors and legal advisers

Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires. Quotation requests that do not result in business are kept for at most 2 years; records that become a commercial relationship are kept for the statutory periods set by applicable legislation. • —Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
• —Request erasure or destruction within the conditions of the law
• —Request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties
• —Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis
• —Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
